New Development Preview Fabrik Condos Richmond and Spadina

Fabrik condos is the latest development to be launched my Menkes Developments. This building will be located at 431 Richmond Street West at the intersection of King and Richmond and across the street from one of my artecually designed buildings The Morgan. Menkes has been constructing buildings for over 50 years. They began in single family homes and how since moved into high rise developments and commerical structures. Some of their higher profile projects going up downtown are The Four Seasons Private Residences and the office tower renaissance sound of Front which include the new Telus Tower and PWC Tower.
