Alex J. Wilson is an award winning agent with RE/MAX CONDOS PLUS. After earning an Honours degree in Economics and Finance while attending the School of Business and Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University he knew he wanted to get into the Real Estate field.

Once a graduate he spent time honing his Real Estate skills.

First he spent time learning the personable side of the business at Royal LePage Relocation Services. During his tenure here he assisted executives and their families navigate the stresses of relocation and helped them establish themselves in their new communities. This experience taught Alex that both patience and guidance are needed to help people find the RIGHT home that meets ALL of their needs.

Second he advanced to work at Tridel the largest condo developer in Toronto. During his tenure here Alex learned the investment and development side of the business. The investor is concerned about ROI, appreciation, management, carrying costs and cap rates. This is also where he learned how to negotiate deals with developers.

After learning about both the relocation and investment side of the business Alex finally felt comfortable to branch out on his own and become a Real Estate agent. With his knowledge he was able to hit the ground running and in his first year he was the 5th highest producing agent at RE/MAX CONDOS PLUS out of 135 agents and was in the top 1% in TREB for condo sales for Toronto.

Alex has continued this success and was recently invited and accepted an invitation to join the exclusive mastermind group SOS Referrals. This group comprises the TOP RE/MAX agents in southern Ontario. They meet on a monthly basis to discuss the best market strategy for their listings ensuring that their client’s listings receive maximized exposure. It also provides Alex with a network of trustworthy individuals to assist his clients with their Real Estate needs across Southern Ontario.
